Moisson Montréal - Welcoming Volunteers

The Project

Objective: Create a presentation video to welcome volunteers to Moisson Montréal. This video aims to showcase the daily work done by volunteers through testimonials.

Target Audience: Internal video for Moisson Montréal volunteers. This video is played during the introduction meeting for volunteer workdays.

Content: I wanted to focus on the human aspect in this project, which is crucial to Moisson Montréal’s mission success. Show how dedicated the people giving their time are to the cause. Testimonial phases reinforce this dedication and emphasize the authenticity of the overall message presented here: it’s thanks to you, volunteers, that Moisson Montréal is able to have such a positive social impact today.

The Video Project in Numbers

  • Video production for this project was managed in collaboration with Moisson Montréal.
  • The shoot was completed in one day, including the three interview phases and filming at Moisson Montréal’s premises.
  • The equipment used for this project was relatively simple: Sony Fx3 camera, 24-70 2.8 GM II lens, Sennheiser Mk600 cardioid microphone, and an Aputure 120D lamp. This choice was made to ensure quick mobility and the ability to set up the equipment for the interview in less than 30 minutes.

The Positive Impact of the Project

Moisson Montréal aligns perfectly with a Positive Social Impact video project. This project not only confirms Moisson Montréal’s mission but also shines a light on the unsung heroes enabling food supply across Canada.
