CRSSS - Let's Talk Mental Health

Positive Social Impact Film

Client: Centre Régional de Santé et de Services Sociaux de la Baie James (CRSSS Baie James).

Objective: Communicate on Quebec Men’s Health and Wellness Day by highlighting the importance of seeking help among men.

Target Audience: Men in northern Quebec.

Content: A positive-impact documentary-style video featuring 4 testimonials from men who have experienced mental health issues. 3 teasers for social media and a poster for printing.

Each of the 3 teasers is designed to quickly discuss mental health and answer the question: what does mental health mean to you? The square format is primarily intended for social media.

I wanted to merge the portraits of the 6 men featured in the video into a single poster to illustrate that mental health issues can affect everyone.

Some parts are in black and white, symbolizing a current problem, while others are in color, symbolizing well-being.

On the right-hand side of the poster are the main situations that men encounter in their lives.

The QR Code is intended to link to the Facebook page of the Table sur les réalités et le bien être des hommes Nord du Québec, which communicates about the project.

The poster was produced in 2 copies. One in JPEG format for the web and one in PDF format for printing.
